TranzNova Pte. Ltd. ("TranzNova", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, keep you logged in, and understand how the platform is used. This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are, which ones we use, and what choices you have.
TranzNova uses only essential and functional cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies. The platform is entirely ad-free.
2 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide usage information to site operators.

- Session storage — temporary data stored in your browser tab, cleared when the tab is closed

- HTTP cookies — the primary method we use for authentication
3 Cookies We Use
The following table lists every cookie set by TranzNova:

We do not set cookies for:
- Targeted advertising or ad retargeting
- Cross-site tracking or user profiling

4 Third-Party Cookies
TranzNova may use a limited number of privacy-compliant third-party analytics services. These services may set their own cookies to measure platform usage. We only use providers that:
- Do not sell data to advertisers
- Anonymise IP addresses before processing
- Do not build advertising profiles from the data
- Are GDPR-compliant and operate under data processing agreements with TranzNova
We do not integrate Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any other advertising network cookies on the TranzNova platform.
5 Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

- Delete individual cookies or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all third-party cookies

Disabling or deleting the token and role cookies will log you out of TranzNova and you will need to log in again to access the platform.
6 Essential Cookies
The token and role cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. Without them, you cannot log in or access any member features. These cookies cannot be disabled while using the TranzNova platform.
Under applicable privacy regulations (including GDPR and PDPA), essential cookies that are necessary for the operation of a service do not require prior consent. However, we disclose them here in the interest of full transparency.
Essential cookies are the minimum required to run TranzNova. They contain no personal data beyond a secure session identifier.
7 Cookie Retention
Cookie retention periods depend on their purpose:
- Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies (Remember me) — stored for 30 days, then expire automatically
- Analytics cookies — retained for up to 12 months, then expire automatically
You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clearing cookies will log you out of TranzNova.
8 Policy Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or applicable regulations change. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify active members by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
