Community Rules

TranzNova is built on trust. These rules exist to keep the platform professional, honest, and valuable for every verified freight forwarder in our network.

1 Overview

TranzNova is an exclusive professional network for verified independent freight forwarding companies. Every member has passed a manual verification process — which means everyone here is a legitimate business professional.

These Community Rules set the standard for how members interact on the platform. They apply to all content, messages, RFQs, profile information, and any other activity on TranzNova. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

  The goal is simple: keep TranzNova a place where freight professionals can trust each other, do business, and grow their networks without noise, spam, or bad actors.

2 The Golden Rules

These four principles underpin everything on TranzNova:

Be Honest
Your profile, documents, and shipment data must be accurate. Misrepresentation of any kind is grounds for permanent removal.
Be Professional
This is a B2B platform. Keep all interactions business-focused, respectful, and constructive.
Respect Privacy
Do not share other members' contact details, messages, or business information without their permission.
Add Value
Post content that is genuinely useful to the freight community. Spam, self-promotion loops, and low-quality posts harm everyone.

3 Profile Standards

Your company profile represents you to the entire TranzNova network. You must:

  • Keep your company name, location, and contact details accurate and up-to-date
  • Only use your own company's branding, logo, and imagery
  • Ensure your company description accurately reflects your actual services
  • List only transport modes and services you genuinely provide
  • Keep branch office information current and accurate

You must not:

  • Use another company's name or branding
  • Exaggerate company size, revenue, or capabilities
  • List services or modes you do not actually operate
  • Use a profile photo or logo that is misleading or inappropriate

4 Content Guidelines

Posts, comments, and other content on TranzNova should be professional and relevant to the freight forwarding industry. Good content includes:

  • Shipment completions, milestones, and achievements
  • Industry news, market updates, and regulatory changes
  • New service announcements or lane expansions
  • Partnership announcements and business achievements
  • Helpful tips, insights, or educational content for the industry

The following content is not permitted:

  • Spam, repetitive posts, or unsolicited bulk promotions
  • Content that is defamatory, hateful, or harassing
  • False or misleading claims about your company or others
  • Negative reviews or attacks on specific companies or individuals
  • Political, religious, or other non-business content
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property
  • Confidential information belonging to other companies or clients

5 Messaging & RFQs

Direct messaging and RFQs are core business tools on TranzNova. Use them professionally:

  • Send messages only when there is a genuine business purpose
  • RFQ requests must relate to actual freight shipments you are handling
  • Respond to messages and quotes in a timely, professional manner
  • Treat all business discussions as confidential unless agreed otherwise

The following are prohibited in messages and RFQs:

  • Sending bulk unsolicited messages to multiple members (messaging spam)
  • Sending fake or test RFQs with no intention of placing a shipment
  • Sharing confidential quotes or rate information from other members without permission
  • Using messaging to solicit members off-platform to competing services
  • Harassment or threatening language of any kind

6 Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviours will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

  • Fraud — falsifying company information, documents, or shipment records
  • Impersonation — pretending to be another company or representative
  • Data harvesting — scraping or collecting member data for use outside TranzNova
  • Circumvention — using TranzNova to redirect business relationships off-platform to avoid future platform engagement
  • Account sharing — sharing login credentials with people outside your company
  • Duplicate accounts — creating more than one account for your company
  • Sanctions evasion — using TranzNova to facilitate trade in violation of international sanctions
  • Illegal activity — using the platform to facilitate smuggling, money laundering, or any other illegal act

7 Badge Integrity

The TranzNova badge system (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) is based on verified shipment activity. Badge integrity is critical to the value of the programme.

  • Only submit documents for shipments your company genuinely handled
  • Documents must be authentic — no alterations, fabrications, or forgeries
  • Each submitted shipment must relate to a real, completed freight movement
  • Re-using the same document for multiple badge submissions is not permitted

  Submitting fraudulent shipment documents results in immediate permanent ban and will be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Reporting Violations

If you encounter a member or piece of content that violates these Community Rules, please report it. You can report:

  • Posts and comments — using the "Report" option on the post
  • Company profiles — using the report button on their profile page
  • Messages — using the report option in the conversation
  • Serious violations — directly by email at trust@tranznova.com

All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Reports are confidential — the reported member will not know who submitted the report.

9 Enforcement

TranzNova takes rule violations seriously. Enforcement actions depend on severity:

TranzNova reserves the right to take any action we deem appropriate, including permanent termination, without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason. Enforcement decisions are final.

  We would far rather resolve an issue than remove a good member. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us at trust@tranznova.com and we will review your case.
