TranzNova Pte. Ltd. ("TranzNova", "we", "us", or "our") operates the TranzNova platform — a professional social network exclusively for verified independent freight forwarding companies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal and business information when you use our platform.
By registering for or using TranzNova, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
TranzNova is a B2B platform. The personal data we collect primarily relates to company representatives acting in a professional capacity, not private individuals.

Account & Company Information
- Company legal name, trading name, and registration number
- Corporate email address and website URL
- Company address, country, and branch office locations
- Services offered (Air, Ocean, Rail, Road freight)
- Employee count range and annual revenue range
- Year established and company description
- Contact persons (name, title, phone, email)
Verification Documents
- Company registration certificate or incorporation document
- Shipment documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice) submitted for badge verification
Platform Activity Data
- Posts, comments, and likes on the activity feed
- Private messages exchanged with other members
- RFQ requests and quotes sent/received
- Follow relationships (who you follow and who follows you)
- Saved posts and profile views
Technical Data
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited, time spent, and click patterns
- Session tokens and authentication cookies
3 How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To verify your company and approve your membership application
- To operate and display your company profile on the platform
- To facilitate messaging, RFQs, and connections with other members
- To verify shipment documents and award activity badges
- To send important account notifications and platform updates
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, or platform abuse
- To improve platform performance and user experience
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising. TranzNova is entirely ad-free.
5 Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement the following security measures:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt)
- Access to member data is restricted to authorised staff only
- Regular security audits and vulnerability testing
- Uploaded documents are stored in access-controlled private storage

6 Cookies
TranzNova uses cookies to operate the platform. We use the following types:

- Shipment documents — retained for 3 years for badge audit purposes
- Application data (rejected applicants) — deleted after 12 months
- Technical logs — retained for 90 days
When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
9 Third-Party Services
TranzNova integrates with third-party services to power the platform. Each provider has its own privacy policy:
- Cloud Hosting — Infrastructure provider for data storage and compute
- Email Delivery — Transactional email service for notifications
- Analytics — Privacy-compliant platform usage analytics
- Leafkutter Suite — Integrated logistics software tools; governed by Leafkutter's own privacy policy
We do not integrate with social media platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers.
10 Children's Privacy
TranzNova is a professional B2B platform intended solely for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately at privacy@tranznova.com and we will delete the data promptly.
11 Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Send an email notification to all active members
- Display an in-platform banner for 14 days
Continued use of the platform after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
