1 Overview
TranzNova Pte. Ltd. ("TranzNova", "we", "us") operates an exclusive professional social network for verified independent freight forwarding companies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between TranzNova and you, the company representative creating and using an account ("Member", "you").
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the platform. Your continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance.
These Terms apply to the company as a whole. The individual completing registration confirms they have authority to bind the company to these Terms.
2 Eligibility
TranzNova is exclusively available to:
- Legally registered, independent freight forwarding companies
- Companies with a verifiable corporate website and business email domain
- Companies that can provide valid business registration documentation
- Representatives who are at least 18 years of age
The following are not eligible to join:
- Freight brokers, agents, or intermediaries who do not operate as freight forwarders
- Shipping lines, airlines, or carriers
- Individuals or sole traders without a registered company
- Subsidiaries or divisions of non-freight-forwarding conglomerates
- Any company using a free email provider (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo)
TranzNova reserves the right to reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3 Registration & Approval
The registration process consists of two steps:
- Step 1 — Account Creation: Enter your corporate email and set a password. Your email domain must match your company website.
- Step 2 — Application Form: Complete the 6-step company application including company info, address, contacts, branches, and document upload.
All applications are manually reviewed within 48 hours on business days. You will receive an email notification upon approval or rejection. Until approved, your account is in "Pending" status and platform access is restricted.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate and permanent account termination.
4 Account Responsibilities
As a TranzNova member, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your company profile information remains accurate and up-to-date
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account at support@tranznova.com
- Ensuring that any staff member using the account is authorised to represent the company
Each company may have only one TranzNova account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be merged or removed.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree to use TranzNova only for lawful, professional business purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Posting spam, unsolicited promotions, or bulk commercial messages
- Harassing, threatening, or defaming other members
- Impersonating another company or misrepresenting your identity
- Uploading false, fabricated, or altered shipment documents
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting member data without permission
- Attempting to access other accounts or TranzNova infrastructure without authorisation
- Using the platform to facilitate illegal activities or sanctions evasion
- Sharing login credentials with individuals outside your company
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
6 User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on TranzNova (posts, comments, profile information). By posting content, you grant TranzNova a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and store that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You warrant that your content:
- Is accurate and not misleading
- Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Does not contain confidential information belonging to others
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
TranzNova reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Rules, without notice.
7 Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content belong to TranzNova Pte. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.
The TranzNova name, logo, and "badge" system are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
8 RFQs & Transactions
TranzNova provides tools for members to send and receive freight quote requests (RFQs). Important limitations:
- TranzNova is a communication platform only — we are not a party to any freight transaction or agreement between members
- All freight contracts, rates, and agreements are solely between the companies involved
- TranzNova accepts no liability for the outcome of any business transaction facilitated through the platform
- Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering any business agreement
9 Shipment Badges
TranzNova awards Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond badges based on verified shipment activity. Badge rules:
- Documents must be authentic and belong to your company — fraud results in permanent ban
- All submitted documents are reviewed by TranzNova staff before a badge is awarded
- Badges reset annually on 1 September each year
- TranzNova reserves the right to revoke a badge if fraud or misrepresentation is discovered at any time
- Badge decisions are final and at TranzNova's sole discretion
10 Termination
By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support@tranznova.com. Upon closure, your profile is removed and your data is deleted within 90 days.
By TranzNova: We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if:
- You violate these Terms or our Community Rules
- We discover fraudulent registration information or documents
- Your company ceases to operate as an independent freight forwarder
- We are required to do so by law
11 Liability & Disclaimers
TranzNova provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of content posted by members
- We are not liable for any business losses arising from use of the platform
- Our total liability to any member is capped at the amount paid to TranzNova in the 12 months preceding the claim
TranzNova is a networking platform — not a freight broker or service provider. We facilitate introductions but are not party to any freight agreement between members.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
13 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When material changes are made, we will notify all active members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
